30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We want you to love Navela Fit. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a full refund.
How to qualify
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused and in its original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
How to request a return
Email us at support@navela.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Sale items
Items purchased during a promotion or sale are eligible for store credit only, not a cash refund.
