Navela Shipping Policy
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Delivery time
Standard shipping takes 8 to 14 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to factors outside our control such as customs delays or weather.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States. We are working on expanding to more countries soon.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on all orders. No minimum required.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking link. It may take 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@navela.com and we will look into it right away.
Address errors
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at support@navela.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
